        High-precision temperature sensor

        It is in the form of a thin-film platinum resistance, which uses vacuum deposition thin-film technology to sputter the film on a ceramic substrate. The film thickness is within 2um, the Ni (or Pd) lead is fixed with glass sintering material, and the thin film element is made by laser trimming.
