The UDZ-10-21/Ⅱ electric contact double-color water level gauge is mainly used for water and liquid level measurement of various steam drums, high and low heaters, deaerators, evaporators, and even drainage tanks. Four, working principle
This instrument uses the characteristics of the difference in conductivity between boiler water and steam for measurement. Due to the change of liquid level, some electrodes are immersed in water and some electrodes are placed in steam. The impedance of the electrode to the cylinder increases. Using this feature, the water level of non-electricity can be converted into electricity and sent to the intelligent secondary instrument, so as to realize the functions of water level display, alarm, protection and interlocking.
This instrument is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer, and can be automatically reset when the single-chip computer program runs away through the use of a hardware watchdog, which ensures a safer and more reliable working state of the instrument. At the same time, the steam-red and water-green two-color synthetic light beams marked by thermal habit are used to display the steam and water levels truly and intuitively.
Five, characteristics
1. The red and green two-color synthetic light beams are used to display the water level, and the red digital tube displays the water level coordinate value, which solves the problem of easy eye fatigue when the operator monitors the running state, and has an intuitive and clear visual effect.
2. It has the functions of internal alarm (sound and light prompt) and external alarm (relay output), silence, self-check, and screening. Compared with the old secondary instrument, the operation is more convenient and intuitive, and the alarm value can be set at multiple points at a time.
3. Utilizing the characteristics of CMOS high input impedance, the signal input circuit only has a weak current through the electrode, which can reduce the chemical corrosion of the electrode to a low limit. Therefore, this secondary instrument can significantly extend the service life of the electrode.
4. Through fuzzy control, the electric and water resistance thresholds of the electrodes are automatically adjusted according to different water quality to meet different application requirements.
