Overview
Industrial explosion-proof thermal resistance is used as a temperature measurement and control sensor to match the display instrument to directly measure and control the temperature of gas, liquid and steam in the production process.
The explosion-proof performance of our chemical-specific explosion-proof thermocouples and thermal resistance products are designed and manufactured according to the national standard for "explosion-proof electrical equipment for explosive environments". The thermoelectric characteristics meet the international IEC standards and have been tested by the National Instrument and Meter Explosion-proof Safety Supervision Station. .
The structure, principle and assembly method of flameproof thermocouple and thermal resistance are basically the same. The main difference is that the flameproof product junction box (shell) is made of high-strength aluminum alloy die-cast in design, and has sufficient internal space, wall thickness and The mechanical strength and thermal stability of the rubber sealing ring are in line with national explosion-proof standards. Therefore, when the explosive gas mixture inside the junction box explodes, its internal pressure will not damage the junction box, and the resulting heat energy cannot be diffused outwards--detonation. As long as the user strictly abides by the product usage rules, the product can be reliable The explosion-proof effect.
Features
Compression spring type temperature sensing element, good anti-vibration performance;
High measurement accuracy;
No need to compensate the wire, saving cost;
Imported thin-film resistor elements, reliable and stable performance.
working principle
Explosion-proof thermal resistance is based on the principle of gap and explosion-proof design. The junction box and other components with sufficient strength are designed to seal all the low parts that generate sparks, arcs and dangerous temperatures in the junction box cavity. The joint surface gap is extinguished and cooled, so that the flame and temperature after the explosion can not be transmitted to the outside of the cavity, thereby preventing explosion.
