Function and scope of application
The UHZ-50/D series top-mounted magnetic float level gauge uses the float assembly as the measuring element. Through the buoyancy of the liquid, the float moves up and down and drives the magnet on the top of the ejector rod to change up and down. Through magnetic coupling, The magnetic turning column of the display assembly is turned over to track the liquid level change, so the display is eye-catching and the reading is intuitive. Because the display assembly is completely isolated from the measured medium, it is safe and reliable to use. The liquid level gauge is suitable for various underground tanks and other containers, as well as the liquid level display of containers that are not suitable for side openings. If equipped with matching instruments, it can be used for remote detection to realize automatic control functions.
Working principle and characteristics
working principle:
It is made according to the principle of buoyancy and the principle of magnetic coupling. When the liquid level in the measured container changes up and down, the floating ball is driven, and the magnetic steel at the upper end of the connecting rod is moved up and down through the magnetic coupling. Turn the column flip. When the liquid level rises, the turning column turns from white to red, and when the liquid level falls, the turning column turns from red to white. The red and white boundary is the actual height of the medium liquid level in the container, so as to realize the automatic tracking display of the liquid level.
Features:
(1) When the container is not suitable for side openings and the space around the container is small, the level gauge of this form can be installed on the upper or lower part of the container
(2) Suitable for liquid medium with high viscosity.
(3) The viewing direction of the display can be changed arbitrarily.
(4) Other features are the same as UHZ-50/C.
